Wrong Entity Problems Sorted at Traffic Commissioner’s Public Inquiry

Laura Newton was instructed to represent a Partnership at Preliminary Hearing before the Traffic Commissioner. Upon reading of the paperwork, it was clear that there were real issues with the compliance which needed to be addressed. It was also apparent that the Operator’s Licence was held by the wrong entity – this being a Partnership with no longer existed and would result in automatic revocation. We were able to present a robust plan to address compliance and an urgent application in the name of the new Partnership for an interim Licence. The Interim Licence was granted with a number of agreed undertakings within 10 days and this allowed for the seamless operation of vehicles.
