Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) Penalties Cancelled on Appeal

Solicitor Laura Newton represented our German client who had received a number of ULEZ Penalties issued by TfL. An appeal was lodged with London Tribunals challenging the validity of the Notices. After considering the legal arguments put forward, TfL chose not to contest the appeal and agreed that the penalties should not have been issued. The Tribunal upheld the Appeal and ordered that all costs were reimbursed to the client.
