Transport Manager Keeps Repute at Traffic Commissioner’s Public Inquiry Despite Poor Paperwork.

Millicent Dooher represented the Transport Manager in this Public Inquiry. The Transport Manager was called in due to the poor maintenance documentation and concerns raised in the Traffic Examiners Visit Report. The Traffic Commissioner found that, although the paperwork was not where it ought to be, the actual condition of the vehicle was good, and base systems were in place. The Traffic Commissioner tarnished the repute of the Transport Manager but she was able to keep her repute.
