Private Hire Driver Reinstated Without a Hearing

Our client, a Private Hire Driver, was subject to a Licence Revocation based upon an allegation of fraud following a report from Uber that a false ID had been uploaded during the ID process. An appeal was lodged and Laura Newton was able to liaise with TfL Appeals Team pending the hearing. In providing supporting evidence we were able to persuade TfL to change the decision and reinstate the licence without a hearing.
