Operator’s Licence Refused at Traffic Commissioner’s Public Inquiry because of Unauthorised Operation of vehicles but a fresh application may be granted

The Traffic Commissioner was unimpressed that there had been continued operation of vehicles despite clear
correspondence notifying the operator that no vehicles over 3.5 tonnes should be operated. The Traffic
Commissioner was not satisfied that the Director representing the company could meet the requirement of fitness
but that if other members of the board were prepared to make a new application then there was the possibility of a
new O licence.
