MOT Tester Escapes with Warning
Laura Newton acted on behalf of an Authorised Examiner and MOT Tester facing 5 years Cessation under the MOT Disciplinary scheme. It was accepted that vehicles had been logged on for test whilst off site, but we were able to show that this was not fraudulent and that the parties had made sufficient changes to improve. After lengthy written representations, both AE and Tester were given a warning and permitted to continue testing.
