Driver Dealt with At Driver Conduct Hearing Called in a Year Later on the Same Facts!
This driver was interested to discover that he had been called into a hearing in July 2025 on the same facts that he was dealt with at a driver conduct hearing in May of 2024. This led to some uncomfortable discussions with his employer and a telephone call to SBC. We wrote to the OTC to the effect that the driver, unsportingly in our view, did not wish his driver conduct hearing to become an annual event. The OTC have discontinued the proceedings.
