Driver Conduct Hearing – Driver Given Warning by Traffic Commissioner

This Driver, represented by Transport Barrister Harry Bowyer, was reported to the Office of the Traffic Commissioner for a serious offence whilst driving an LGV. There was, however, considerable mitigation and after hearing that mitigation, and the sensitive way the case had been handled by the Police who investigated the incident, the Traffic Commissioner dealt with the case by way of a formal warning.
