£21,000 of ULEZ PCNs Cancelled in Full
Laura Newton represented a European resident who has received a number of Ultra Low Emission Zone (“ULEZ”) PCNs totalling over £21,000. The client was unaware of the PCNs until enforcement action had commenced by Euro Parking Collection PLC (“EPC”). In this case, the client’s vehicle was compliant but not registered with TfL. Once the registration was completed with both EPC and TfL, our representations were accepted by TfL and as a result, all ULEZ PCNs were cancelled in full.
