Transport Manager Keeps Repute after Traffic Commissioner’s Public Inquiry
A Transport Manager, represented by Martin Smith, was called to a Public Inquiry along with his employer. An unsatisfactory DVSA maintenance investigation had taken place at the Operating Centre in March 2017 and the Traffic Commissioner also had a number of other concerns.
