Enforcement action can and often does impact on your Operator Compliance Risk Score (OCRS score). Amber scores can lead to a call-in to Public Inquiry: A red score will usually lead to a call-in to Public Inquiry. Criminal proceedings may also follow from a stop or visit by the DVSA. It is essential that immediate advice and assistance is obtained to enable you to manage any DVSA enforcement action and your response. Your licence and livelihood may depend on it.

SBC can advise you what action you can take to minimise the impact on your business when DVSA start to take an interest in it.
