Former Transport Manager Unable to Demonstrate Continuous and Effective Control Retains Full Repute

The Traffic Commissioner stated that he would have expected the transport manager to have acted at an earlier stage and in that respect, he issued a formal warning. However, this result ensured that the transport manager was able to continue with his new employer with his reputation untarnished.
